  1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Shared Hosting & Cloud Plans) We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our shared hosting and cloud hosting plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of service, you may request a full refund—no questions asked.

    2. No Refunds on the Following Services: The following products and services are non-refundable once activated or delivered:Domain name registrations or renewals, VPS and dedicated server plans (after provisioning), Software licenses (e.g. cPanel, WHMCS, Softaculous, Custom development or support services or Any service purchased during promotions or with discount coupons (unless stated otherwise)

    3. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your hosting plan at any time via your client portal.

    4. Chargebacks & Disputes If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. We encourage clients to reach out to us first—we're always willing to resolve issues professionally.

    5. Policy Modifications Elite Cloud Server reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately.
