How to Create an Email Account from cPanel (Step-by-Step Guide)
What is cPanel Email?
cPanel allows you to create custom email addresses using your domain name, e.g.
info@yourdomain.com, support@yourdomain.com
This makes your business look more professional and trustworthy.
Requirements
Before you begin, make sure:

You have access to your cPanel login

Your domain is active and properly connected to the hosting
Step 1: Log in to cPanel

Open your browser

Go to:
https://yourdomain.com/cpanel
orlogin from your dashboard -
Enter your cPanel username and password

Click Log in
Step 2: Locate the Email Section

On the cPanel dashboard, scroll down

Find the section labeled Email

Click on Email Accounts
Step 3: Create a New Email Account

Click the Create button
-
Select the domain (if you have more than one)
Step 4: Enter Email Details
Fill in the following:

Username
Example:info,admin,sales -
Domain
Example:@yourdomain.com -
Password

Use a strong password

Or click Generate to auto-create one

Storage Space

Choose Unlimited or set a limit (e.g. 1GB)

For business emails, unlimited is recommended

Step 5: Create the Email

You’ll see a confirmation message once successful

Step 6: Access Your Email (Webmail)
You can check the email immediately:

Log in with:

Email address (e.g. info@yourdomain.com)

Email password

Choose a webmail app (Roundcube is common)
Step 7: Use the Email on Phone or Gmail (Optional)
From Email Accounts in cPanel:

Click Connect Devices

Copy the IMAP/SMTP settings
